Yes. Credits are consumed per source. Requesting the same GTIN from idealo and Amazon uses two credits — one per source.
Responses served from cache, infrastructure failures on our side, and automatic re-matching when we detect that a GTIN has resolved to the wrong product page.
A not-found result costs 1 credit. You control how often we retry — each retry costs 1 credit. Retry behavior is configurable in the API. API documentation.
No. Unused credits roll over month to month. There are no end-of-month resets on any Growth plan.
Additional credits are billed at your current tier rate. If you are consistently over your plan, upgrading to the next tier gives you more credits at a lower rate.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% — Growth S €319/mo, Growth M €559/mo, Growth L €799/mo. Billed upfront for 12 months.
Plan fees are non-refundable, and there is no refund for partial billing periods or unused credits. Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next charge and you keep access — and your rolled-over credits — until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual plans stop renewing on cancellation but are not refunded pro rata. Suspected billing errors reported within 30 days are corrected by credit note or refund. Cancellation & refunds in the Terms.
No setup fees. Growth plans are billed monthly with no minimum contract length — cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months.
