Open Settings → Profile and choose Delete account. You must first cancel or switch any active subscription to Free. Deletion is then scheduled with a 30-day cancellation window; during that time you can cancel the request from your profile or the confirmation email. After 30 days, your workspace, team memberships, API keys, usage history, and configuration are permanently removed. You can download a data export before starting deletion.

Organizations have three roles: owner, admin, and member. The owner controls owner-only actions such as transferring ownership, managing billing, and deleting the account. Owners and admins can invite teammates and manage member access. Members can use the organization without those administrative controls.

API keys can be rotated at any time from the developer settings in your account. Generate a new key, deploy it, and revoke the old one, keys can be scoped per environment so staging and production never share credentials.

Self-serve customers get email and documentation support. Direct API customers get a dedicated channel with engineering response times defined in their plan. For pre-sales questions, reach out via the contact form. Contact the team.

Service health and historical incidents are exposed as signals through the API and surfaced in the dashboard. Customers on Direct API plans receive proactive incident notifications.

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. You keep access and your available credits until that period ends. Cancelling a plan does not delete your account; account deletion is a separate action in Settings → Profile. Result data remains subject to its normal retention window. Cancellation and refunds.
