No. kwery reads the public product page a shopper sees, which is precisely what SP-API doesn't give you access to for competitor listings. You get competitor visibility without registering as a seller.
Every response includes `buybox_owner`, `buybox_owner_id`, `bbx_price` and `seller_type` (FBA / FBM / standalone-shop). The `offers` array carries every eligible third-party offer alongside so you can score the runner-up.
Proxy pools, session rotation, browser fingerprinting and CAPTCHA solving are all handled server-side. If a fetch fails to return a valid page, the request doesn't count against your quota.
